Please.
Bring back the "Kev Brown mixtape".
Put the lights on your face. And Shine.
Sell beats to famous cats.
Bring Kaimbr's LP.
Don't use that formula everybody tried to imitate eversince you showed it in that video with the SP505 and the 2000XL. You almost originated that sound.
So you can have more than that. ex: "The Kev Brown mixtape".
This 24 tracks mixer is nice. But even Odisee himself told me to buy Pro Tools.
Now you probably hate me: put more spice in your texts. Girls, dreams, politics.
You got so much potential.
Kev Brown can hurt a lot more than he did.
Peace
...nice.

no offence at all, but dilla originated that sound in 1996/1997 and pete rock popularized it.
thats ur boys message to me homez...i already know where my inspiration/technique comes from. i think u have the dilla/pete thing backwards tho...
yea its the other way around...
p.s. kev...if you EVER want anything from me, im here. just on some respect shit. that goes for the whole low budget. kenn knows whats up
word? lemme borrow like 10 geez sun...haha...thanks bruh. 4 real.
haha yo Von u and Kev need to collab. call it Tanya Brown lol
In my opinion about that protools comment,it doesn't really matter what you use. If it sounds good on the aw4416 and you like the aw4416,no reason to get protools.I guess you can bring up arguments about hardware daw workstations being "behind the times",but you seem to be cool with your setup and your the only one who should care about your setup.About the style of your music, you improved on pete rock and dilla's style and flipped it so as to not "bite" anyones style. I'm loving your music. In my opinion your just "doing you" as far as it comes to music and image.Peace, keep doing what your doing.-Magic Trax
and LOL @ Pete Rock popularizing what Dilla did... PR was Dilla's hero
music first, everything else is second. i will say this though, questlove's interaction with his audience has played a big part in sustaining their attention. i'm not saying dance for us, but sometimes u gotta come out ur shell a little. and LOL @ the pete and dilla comment. and aint nobody bout to "improve" on no dilla. just let kev be kev. shaka.
lol....most of thats prolly true that the dude wrote..
but hey im still rockin the multitrack kev-
if your not using software or vsts there is really no reason to switch to the computer...so you can just buy a new plug-in when the new "must have " comes out.f- that.
For the record. I never told that dude to buy pro-tools. he sent me a message on myspace asking me what I use. I told him I had pro-tools in my set up and he asked me do i recommend it. I said yes. it was on some'ol "YOU NEED PRO-TOOLS" i tell ya... the internet .
lol its too real.
Flegz's broken englih probably made the message less understandable than what he meant
